The Word "AOL" Is Usually Followed By "ARGGH" When We Get An Email From An AOL Member.  Not Because Of The Members, But Because AOL Makes It Almost Impossible To Cite The Original Message In The Reply.  Imagine Getting Hundreds Of Emails A Day (We Do).  Imagine Trying To Remember What Is Going On With Each User!  If You Copy And Paste What We Sent You, We Will Do It Back And Then We Will Know What We Are Talking About!  Here Is A Tutorial:

COPY AND PASTE USING THE MOUSE
1. Put The Mouse At The Beginning Of What You Want To Copy And Click The Left Mouse Button, Holding It Down While You Drag Over The Section.

2. Drag Across Or Down.  At The End Of What You Want Copied, Let Go Of The Mouse Button.  What You Want To Copy Should Be Highlighted! (If You Goof, Click The Mouse Button Once To Un-Highlight, Then Start Over.)

3. While It Is Highlighted, Hold Down The "Ctrl" Key And Hit The Letter "C".  This Copies The Highlighted Part To An Invisible Clipboard.

4. Now Go To Where You Want To Paste It (Your Mail To Us).  Put The Cursor On That Spot By Clicking The Left Mouse Button Once.  Now Hold Down The "Ctrl" Key And Hit The Letter "V" To Paste What You Copied.

BIDDERS LEAVING NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK BEFORE A PROBLEM IS RESOLVED:

This Is So Sad, And It Happens All The Time.  A New Ebayer Has A Minor Problem And Jumps The Gun And Leaves A Negative Feedback. Negative/Neutral Feedback Is Used To Punish A Seller/Bidder When They REFUSE To Do Their Part.  It PERMANENTLY Damages One's Ebay Account, And So Must Be Used ONLY After ALL OTHER REMEDIES HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED. We Have Several Positive Feedback Comments That Were Left By An Ebayer That Did Not Have A Perfect Transaction. We Made It Right And Then Some, And Those Buyers Were So Impressed That They Felt Only GLOWING Feedback Was Appropriate.  If You Do Not Agree With This Concept, PLEASE DO NOT BID. IF YOU WORK IT OUT WITH US, NEITHER OF US WILL GET NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!

NON-PAYING BIDDERS

Ebay Is Soooo Simple.  You Just Win And Send The Money.  Some People Think It Is A Joke To Win And Never Pay.  That Will Simply Get That Person Suspended From Ebay.  Ebay Has A Strict Policy On Non-Paying Bidders So Do Not Be That Person!  We Want To Have You Come Back!  We Also Get So Many Excuses (Somebody Else Bid, My Password Was Stolen, Etc...) Simply Buy The Item And Resell It!

THE POST OFFICE

Please Realize We Use The Post Office To Ship And Like All Other Shippers, They Never Do It Fast Enough!  We Want It NOW!  Customers Sometimes Do Not Make The Distinction Between The Post Office And Us.  We Really Wanna Come To Your House, But Then We Could Not Work!  Our Part Is Done When We Meet Our Promise To You And Deposit The Package In The Mails Within 24 to 48 Hours Of Payment.  The Post Office Has It Then.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK IF THE POST OFFICE DOES NOT DO ITS JOB!  If You Do Not Get The Package Within A Week, Let Us Know & We Will Do Everything In Our Power To Help!
